1. Dean’s Blue Hole (Long Island)
When the ceiling of an ancient cave collapses into the ocean, a blue hole is created. This one is considered to be one of the deepest in the world!

2. Green Turtle Cay (Abacos)
Located in the northern part of the Bahamas, the Abacos are one of the most remote areas of the Out Islands. Green Turtle Cay is the perfect spot to explore magnificent shallow reefs and outstanding fish life, sea fans and coral formations just off the beach. Unlike more central islands of the Bahamas, this area is free of crowds and marine environments are more preserved.

3. Stocking Island (Exumas)
This barrier island located Southeast of Nassau houses stunning blue holes (ocean pools of fresh water floating on heavier saltwater) and is surrounded by underwater caves and coral gardens of striking colors. Don’t Miss Mystery Cave, a 400 ft. deep blue hole!
4. Devil’s Backbone (Eleuthera)
Located about 1.4 miles northeast of Spanish Wells Island, Devil’s Backbone is known for its beautiful shallow reef, the variety of fish and other marine life. Renowned for its numerous shipwrecks, this boat accessed site houses snappers, parrotfish, grunts, moray eels, angelfish, and stingrays.

5. Bimini Road (Bimini)
This is probably one of the most famous dive sites around this area, whose most famous visitor was Ernst Hemingway. Explore the huge limestone blocks off the coast of North Bimini, which are believed to have been once an undersea road to the lost city of Atlantis. It is very accessible and only around 20 feet deep. Are these stones natural or man-made? Explore them and decide for yourself!
6. The Wreck of San Jacinto (Abacos)
This ancient shipwreck is located near Whale Cay and consists of acres of steel rubble covered in coral. It is home to thousands of reef fish, turtles, morays and other marine life.
7. Thunderball Grotto (Exuma Cays)
This fantastic underwater cave was used in the filming of two James Bond movies!
